PROXYSOLID determines the purposes and means of personal-data processing.

2) Data Collected When Visiting the Site (Logs) and Security

We collect basic technical logs: visited URLs, timestamps, transferred data volume, referrer, browser/OS, screen resolution, and IP address (may be anonymized).

Legal basis (GDPR): legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

The site uses TLS/SSL (HTTPS).

3) Hosting and Infrastructure

Services may run on providers located inside or outside your country. GDPR safeguards (SCC, DPF) apply when required.

CDN/WAF may temporarily process IPs for security/DDoS mitigation.

4) Customer Account and Purchases

If you create an account or purchase, we process your form data (name, email, country, billing data).

Legal basis: contractual performance (Art. 6.1.b).

Account deletion can be requested via email.

5) Data Processed to Provide Proxy Services

We process:

  1. Account identifiers
  2. Technical parameters (country, protocol, port)
  3. Minimal logs: session timestamps, assigned IP, traffic volume, auth events

We do not inspect your traffic content unless legally required.

We may suspend service for abuse and cooperate with authorities where required.

6) Payments and Third Parties

To process payments, we send strictly necessary data to:

  1. PayPal
  2. Stripe
  3. Apple Pay / Google Pay
  4. Cryptomus

Crypto note: blockchain transactions are public.

Some gateways may perform antifraud checks (Art. 6.1.f).

7) Contact and Support

We process the data you send via email, forms, or Telegram to respond to your request.

8) Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies. Third parties (payment gateways, CDN) may set their own.

PROXYSOLID TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Scope

These T&C apply to all digital services (4G/5G mobile proxies) offered by PROXYSOLID.

2) Contract Formation

Service descriptions are invitations, not binding offers.

A binding offer occurs when the client completes payment.

Contract is completed when PROXYSOLID confirms or activates service.

3) Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of proxy services:

  1. 24-hour plans: no refunds
  2. 7-day and 30-day plans: refund allowed within 24 hours of purchase
  3. Clients may change proxy once per subscription
  4. Clients may pause service once per month

No refunds for misuse, mobile-operator issues, or suspension for illegal activity.

4) Prices and Payment

Prices include applicable Venezuelan taxes.

Payment must be made in advance.

5) Service Delivery

Access details are delivered via email or Telegram.

Activation usually occurs within 1 hour.

No physical shipping.

Errors attributable to PROXYSOLID may result in extensions or proportional refunds.

6) User Responsibilities

Client receives a non-transferable, personal usage right.

Prohibited:

  1. Reselling/sharing access
  2. Illegal activities (fraud, spam, scraping, DDoS, hacking)
  3. Attempting to access PROXYSOLID's infrastructure

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

7) Technical Operation

PROXYSOLID maintains exclusive control over hardware, SIM cards, and servers.

We are not a telecom operator.

Contacting mobile operators or modifying infrastructure results in termination without refund.

8) Contract Duration and Termination

Duration depends on purchased plan.

No automatic renewal unless requested.

PROXYSOLID may terminate immediately in case of misuse or illegal activity.

9) Intellectual Property

All software, content, and infrastructure belong to PROXYSOLID.

Non-payment or misuse may result in suspension.

10) Service Guarantee

We guarantee 90% monthly availability.

Below that threshold (attributable to PROXYSOLID), client may request extension or proportional refund.

Mobile-operator failures or force majeure are non-refundable.

11) Affiliate & Reseller Program

Available upon request.

PROXYSOLID may modify or terminate participation for misuse.

12) Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Venezuelan law.

Disputes must be submitted to the courts of Maracaibo, Zulia State.

Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first.
